What should I do if I forgot my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. A password reset link will be sent within 5 minutes.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
Log in and go to the "Premium" menu. Choose your desired package and pay through supported channels (credit/debit card, QR Code, App Store, Google Play).
What should I do if the livestream is not working or keeps buffering?
Check your internet connection first. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD. Try restarting the app or clearing the cache. If the issue persists, contact our team with the event name and time of the problem.
How do I request a refund?
Please contact our team at contact@battleone.com with proof of payment. Our team will review your request according to the Refund Policy within 3 business days.
What devices does the app support?
BattleOne supports iOS 14 and above, and Android 7.0 (API Level 24) and above. You can also use it through a web browser on PC/Mac.
How do I delete my account?
You can submit an account deletion request on the "Account & Data Deletion" page without logging into the app. Our team will process it within 30 days.
What can I use BattleOne Coins for?
BattleOne Coins are used to purchase PPV packages, special events, and exclusive benefits within the platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
