Refund & Cancellation Policy

BattleOne operates this policy in accordance with Thai consumer protection law (OCPB) and the terms of the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy covers payments made directly through BattleOne's website or payment system. For payments through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, Apple's and Google's refund policies apply instead.
2. Eligible for Refund
- Technical errors that prevent viewing of purchased content for the purchased duration
- Unintentional duplicate charges
- A purchased livestream event cancelled by the organizer
- Service received significantly differs from what was advertised
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Content already viewed, in whole or in part
- Premium memberships more than 7 days after payment date
- BattleOne Coins purchased are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Events cancelled at the user's own request
- Change of mind with no technical issues
4. Refund Process
- Contact our team at contact@battleone.com within 7 days of payment
- Attach proof of payment (order number, transfer slip, or receipt)
- Our team will review your request and notify you within 3 business days
- If approved, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel within 7–14 business days
5. In-App Purchase Policy (Apple/Google)
For purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, please contact Apple or Google directly for refunds. BattleOne cannot process refunds on their behalf.
