BattleOne Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the BattleOne application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

2. License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the application
• Commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited

3. Acceptable Use

• You must use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Copyright infringement or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited
• Disrupting systems or attempting unauthorized access is prohibited

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Users must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent

5. Payment and Premium

• Premium and PPV service fees are as specified in the system
• Payments must be made through designated channels only
• Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy
• For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, Apple's/Google's refund policies apply

6. Intellectual Property

• All content and media are the property of BattleOne or its licensed partners
• Copying, modifying, or distributing without permission is prohibited
• All trademarks and logos are reserved

7. Limitation of Liability

• Service may experience temporary interruptions due to force majeure or maintenance
• BattleOne is not liable for indirect damages or data loss
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

9. Apple App Store EULA Addendum

• This agreement is between you and BattleOne Co., Ltd. only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for this application
• Apple is not responsible for any claims by you or any third party relating to this application
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and have the right to enforce it

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you through appropriate channels. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
