You can submit a request to delete your account and all associated personal data from BattleOne here — no app login required. This is your right under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Deletion Process

Complete the Form
Enter the email address associated with your account in the form below so our team can identify you and proceed.

Email Verification
Our team will send a confirmation email to the address you provided within 1 business day to verify your deletion request.

Data Deletion
After receiving your confirmation, we will delete your data within 30 days and notify you upon completion.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Profile information (name, email, phone number, profile picture)
- Watch history and usage data
- Personal settings and preferences
- Active premium subscription data
- BattleOne Coin balance and in-app wallet (non-refundable as cash)
Data Retained by Law
Some data must be retained under Thai legal requirements even after account deletion:
- Transaction history/receipts: Retained for 5 years under Thai accounting and tax laws
- Access logs: Retained for 90 days under the Computer Crime Act
- Data required to comply with court orders or government agency requests
